Federal Union Army should composed of Burma, Karen, Shan, Kachin and other ethnic battalions. The Commander in Chief of Federal Union Army should serve every five years, and rotational basis from any ethnic General base on their merit of military services.
Every young people who willing to serve in the military should have an equal opportunities policy in place: regardless of your religion and ethnic background.
