This is the Federal Law Academy, Mai Ja Yang, the first ever federal law academy in Myanmar located near the China border in Eastern DIV of the Kachin Independence Organisation (KIO) controlled region which set to grant admission for the various ethnic nationalities across the country. 

Congratulations on this historic landmark and very best wishes for successful future!
