Why Myanmar used such excessive military, police forces to deter unarmed students's journey to their final destination while sheltering in the local monastery in Letpadan today?

Why Myanmar used such excessive military, police forces to deter unarmed students's journey to their final destination while sheltering in the local monastery in Letpadan today?
This is very inappropariate motives from the governement officials and the person who instruct to do such shameful acts on the innocent students. Some students are playing traditional Chinlone inside the monasterycompound until they are being surrounded by hundreds of armed polices and soldiers. They do not have any weapons or any intention to harm the neighbours, public or the police. They are genuine students from all over universities and colleges across Myanmar(Burma). They live in a country with democractic system and democratic government, so why they can't have their basic Universal Human Rights likes_
"Article 3. Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person."
(Now the security of the students is neither protected or given by Myanmar Police Force or the authority. Now the activity of Myanmar Police Force need to be reconsider because instead of protecting the students, they are giving intimidation, fear, nervousness to the students. Today Myanmar Police Force's activity is against their original duty of their force.)
"Article 5. No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment."
"Article 9. No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile."
(Now the students inside the Aung Myay Baik Man Buddhist monastery in Letpadan are surrounded by hundreds of armed police and soldier likes a battle field. The Myanmar Police Force do not allow the media to go inside the monastery and blocked all public access to the monastery. This broke the rights of students, monks and public inside the monastery)
"Article 11. (1) Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defence."
"Article 13. (1) Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state."
"Article 20. (1) Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association."
(Ministry of Home Affairs cannot give ultimantum to the protest students to stop coming to their final destination, old capital Yangon. Current MHA's announcement broke the universal human rights of the students)
"Article 23. (4) Everyone has the right to form and to join trade unions for the protection of his interests."
(All Myanmar students have the full rights to form Student Union for the protection of their interests)
When the government, their ministries or the offficials abuse their position and power, the public or other independent bodies have no opportunity to prosecute them in Myanmar (Burma) because of the law was not actually ruled and the juridicial system was shaped according to their needs, so our public is helpless. But the courage, the combined strength and the supports from all angles, the true will of students, monks and the public will definitely reach to the destination.
In the past, all the main protests by students, 8888 nationwide strike andmonks lead saffron revolution respectively in 1974,1988 and 2007 and other seperate protests, all the authorities used excessive forces and brutally killed thousands of unarmed, peaceful protester students, monks and general public by closed range gun fires, beating, kicking and crushed down by heavy vehicles including tanks.
Because of the current government and arm forces' track records on human right violations which was condemned by International stakeholders, UN, etc, the future of the students inside the Aung Myay Baik Man Buddhist monastery will be uncertain even though the government's represetative and the representative fromo today parliament signed an agreement including the fact: not to arrest or prosecute the students because of their involvement in the current protest by any means.
It was a not shock for the public to hear the broken promise from the Myamar authority but today activity of using inappropriate arm forces as a battle field was horrified.
All the public, parents, students, monks, other religious leaders, societies, orgasinations and all other different groups need to give a supports for all the protest students around the country in Myanmar (Burma).
All the stakeholdes need to raised the alarm to the international stakeholders for urgent assistances and help! No one want any morebloodshed by the stupidity of the authority in Myamar (Burma)
