If it is true that China is accepting Kachin war refugees, international help organizations should access them through China. It will be almost impossible to help them through Myanmar. With winter approaching, increasing offensives by the Burmese military and increasing numbers of refugees, the situation will reach crisis point very soon. We the Kachin are pleading for help from organizations, governemnts and countries.
