A Kachin elder Mr. Wa Ta escaped from the detention of Burmese Army

Mr. Wa Ta a lisu elder age 55 was narrowly escaped after a weekly detained by the Burmese soldiers on November 6, 2011 at 6:00 am during early morning hour. They were about 300 Burmese soldiers not exactly known belongs to which military base. Along with 4 other captives he was badly tortured and interrogated and enslaved to carry heavy military hardware as a porter. Hands were tied up with ropes all the time. While during his escapes the soldiers crack down fire on him as if a massive arm clashes between an enemies. Later he explained solace to find at KIA military hospital unit. Read more+++click on+++
