Kachin IDPs should come down to Yangon. Thousands of them. It is the mess created by the government. They should solve their own mess. It will cost them thousands of dollars everyday day(to feed them). Let the Kachin IDPs litter Yangon with their 'Shits'. NLD's PM Phyo Min Thein will pick up the bill(cost). Even the news of IDPs coming down to Yangon will shock them.
